Join our growing team at Elevate Balloon Co. as the Production Assistant. Working closely with Owner and Head Creator, Chloe, you'll work to increase productivity and efficiency for Elevate Balloon Co as a whole. From pulling orders, inflating, and organizing you’ll quickly become a vital part of making operations hum along. If you're a detail-oriented team player with a passion for making magic happen, we want you to be a part of our fun-loving crew! 

 

• Balloon Pulling & Inflating:

  • Pulling orders based on quantity and color

  • In conjunction with pulling orders, noting on the Order Board if a specific balloon needs to be re-ordered to ensure ample quantity.

• Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Replenish the install supply bags weekly, making sure that our supplies are well-stocked and ready for upcoming projects.

• Balloon Barn Organization:

  • Keeping the work areas clean and supplies put back where they belong to ensure ease of work.

  • This may include sweeping/mopping work area to remove dust and dirt, putting back supplies and/or unused balloons from a job, organizing the storage room, etc.

• Installation Breakdown:

  • Efficiently and safely break down installations after events, ensuring all materials are properly stored for reuse.

• Client Communication:

  • Communicate professionally and kindly with clients during teardowns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and carrying balloons and other supplies

• Team player with excellent communication skills. Positive attitude is a must!

• Driver’s license necessary.

General Information:

• Part time

• Hourly rate: $15/hour

• Between 5-10 working hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours 

• Work Hours: hours will be fluid and flexible based on what is on the calendar
